Having Trouble Ordering?


As with all forms of technology, various factors can influence your experience with our site.

How it works:

When you place an order online, you get a confirming email and whichever store you ordered from gets your order by email on a Blackberrry. We take your order and put it into the queue so that it will be ready for your arrival.

What can you do if you have trouble with the Web Store:

  • Check that your pop up blocker program is off.

  • Use the latest version of your browser. If that doesn't help, run the FireFox browser. Still not working, then it might be our problem, please let us know.

  • Cookies are not required to use our system. But if you do have "Cookies On", we will remember only these fields for you so you don't have to continually enter them:

    • Your Name
    • Your Company Name
    • Your Telephone
    • Your Email Address

  • Our Daily Specials are changed every night. If you've left your browser window open overnight, you will not have the new speicals page. We recommend pressing the "refresh" button on this page each day to ensure that you're getting today's specials.

  • Feel free to email the store directly if that is easier for you. You might have a lot of special requests, or multiple orders that you would like us to mark with names. We get the order on our Blackberry just the same, so do what’s easier. The site is not set up for you to select delivery or to order caterings. We did this on purpose because the main goal of the site is to allow people to order, pay and pick up their food without waiting in line. If you do want delivery make sure to say that in the special note section. If you want a catering please call or email our catering director, her job is to give you the time and service you need to set up these important meetings.

  • Make sure you choose and check all the modifications that you want. Don't worry, if you have a request that you don't see on the page, just type it into the comments box at check out. We can cut your crust off and give you 2 pickles. Whatever your little heart desires.

  • It is possible that you will receive a confirmation email and we might not receive your order on our end. This has happened a few times over the years and to be quite honest we have no idea why. Lost at AT&T? Lost in the "internets" as Bush likes to call it??? Whatever the reason, if this happens, please be patient and we will work super fast to get you out the door.

  • It's also possible that we did receive your order and we haven't opened it yet or it just isn’t finished yet. We do our best to answer every call, every web order, and attend to each person in line as fast as possible. Sometimes you just have to wait. I know this usually happens when you have a meeting or are double parked, as you can tell, Murphy's Law is alive and well.

The Ready Guarantee: We Don't Have One!

We can’t. Everyday, every hour, every minute is different in the restaurant world. We can't guarantee that your order will be ready when you walk in. However, when you arrive, go to the online paid counter if you've used a credit card, if you don't see your bag, make sure someone sees you. We will bump your order to the front of the line. If you are paying cash, once you reach the register, if your order isn't ready we will bump you to the front of the line as well. We promise to do our best because we know you have a limited time for lunch.
