• Fees: We have a $5.00 delivery fee for all orders, it goes directly to the driver. If you are really far away there might be an additional delivery fee. We have a $2.00 fee for salad tongs if you need them. Other than that all prices you see are final. There is no tax, no set up fee and no fee for all other paper products.
  
  
• Set up a house account for easy ordering and no-hassle billing. Call or fax us.
  
  
• We can set up your meal on sandwich trays and serving bowls, or packed individually as boxed lunches. Leave it up to us or be as "picky" as you like.
  
  
• Notice is appreciated, but if you have a last minute meeting, we'll find a way to serve you!
• Large bread orders with little advance must be flexible.
  
  
• Large Pastry orders for the next day must be in by 1:30 pm.
  

Cancellation Policy

• If we have already prepared your food we will charge you 50% to cover our cost. In most instances a 2 hour notice will be adequate to avoid this charge. There are certain items we can make in advance and still maintain the quality you expect from us. SO we use this basic rule, if we have made it and you really don’t want the order then we will only charge you 50%, which in general covers our cost of throwing the product away. We don’t want to rip you off because we know that in the corporate environment meetings and plans change. We only ask you to cover the cost of anything that we have to throw out.

• Our bread is organic, handmade, without preservatives or sugar. It takes two days to rise and bake. Our meat is grain-fed and the leanest, most natural on the market. Combine that with fresh produce and you are not just eating a sandwich, but a perfectly balanced meal.
